The Assistant Maintenance Technician reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property.
Conduct pruning and landscape maintenance
Trim, edge and mulch as directed
Rake leaves and collect debris from grounds and common areas
Clean and pick up grounds and breezeways; including trash collection
Remove snow and spread salt in inclement weather
Assist with pool maintenance as directed by supervisor
Assist with light maintenance as directed by supervisor
High school diploma or GED
Strong customer service skills
Ability to follow instructions efficiently
