Who We Are ARC HD Services Ltd, part of Community Integrated Care, provides specialist residential and 1:1 support for young people aged 9‑18 facing complex social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including ASD, ADHD, PTSD, and trauma‑related behaviours.
We run four small, nurturing homes – each supporting up to three young people in a warm, homely environment tailored to individual needs. Every child has their own private space, plus shared areas for connection and community.
Our Home – Andover A calm, cosy bungalow supporting up to 3 amazing young people (ages 11‑18). We’re a quirky, caring crew who believe in laughter, love, and helping kids thrive.
The Role 1:1 support with young people, with shifts of 9 or 15 hours long. Available shifts include waking nights, days and sleepovers (including weekend shifts). A UK driving licence is required – your own car is needed as the site is not easily reachable by public transport. Bank roles are also available.
