As a Customer Service Associate (CSA) you are the friendly face that puts the ‘Wow’ in Wawa by greeting and serving our customers. You are part of a brand that is committed to putting people first, doing the right thing, and making every day brighter. What You’ll Do
Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met both quickly and courteously. Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, pizzas, and maintain a clean, organized coffee station. Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products. Ensure stores are well-stocked and shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting. Help keep stores clean and safe by following all established policies, procedures, and guidelines. Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and more. Benefits

Great communication and customer service skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation. Enjoy working in a team environment. The hourly range for this position is $15.50 - $19.25 and is commensurate with position, experience, and location. Associates in this position will receive a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12am - 6am.
