Position Details
Pay depends on experience
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Position Purpose The Maintenance Technician keeps associates safe by maintaining all equipment inside warehouses and buildings, ensuring it meets industry standards and operates efficiently. The position is responsible for repairs, adjustments, and ongoing maintenance of facilities, performing periodic inspections, and maintaining all necessary equipment.
Responsibilities
Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly preventive maintenance and safety checks
Conduct maintenance, repairs, and installations on equipment within established processes and standards
Maintain, replace, build, adjust, and modify facilities, buildings, and grounds according to schedule and in emergency and non‑emergency situations
Perform general housekeeping duties, keeping the maintenance area orderly and clean; secure all equipment at the end of each shift and complete reports and paperwork
Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn routine maintenance tasks (e.g., inspecting equipment, making minor repairs, supporting facility upkeep)
Ability to work assigned shift schedule, which may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends as business needs require
Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
Strong attention to safety, detail, and follow‑through in completing assigned tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced warehouse environment
Pass post‑offer drug test and criminal background check
