Install Coordinator – Unique Indoor Comfort

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong ability to multitask with precision and focus on details.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
Familiarity with Service‑Titan is preferred but not mandatory.
Physically capable of sitting, walking, and standing for several hours at a time, as well as lifting up to 30 lbs.
Ability to respond to phone calls promptly.
Responsibilities
Liaise with the sales team to coordinate installation bookings.
Schedule installations and allocate install crews using Service‑Titan.
Maintain clear communication with customers regarding installation schedules and completion timelines.
Prepare necessary permits and documentation prior to installation work.
Keep the Install Boards updated and organized.
Ensure the accurate recording of equipment in customer records.
Register equipment and process rebates as needed for both the company and customers.
Assist customers in scheduling inspections or addressing post‑installation inquiries.
Conduct follow‑up calls post‑installation to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
