Base pay range $15.00/hr - $41.00/hr

HPC-Industrial , a Clean Harbors company located in

Baytown, TX , is looking for an EO Driver to join our safety‑conscious team. The driver will be responsible for safe and successful execution of jobs across all service lines while representing HPC‑Industrial and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

Act as safety representative responsible for safety policies and procedures of both the company and the customer.

Hands‑on operation of manual and automated hydroblasting equipment.

Operation of special equipment such as Ultra High Pressure pumps.

Operate equipment by energizing the pumping and specialized cleaning equipment, vacuum trucks and cutting equipment.

Examine surfaces to ensure conformance to company and customer specifications.

Perform routine maintenance on company equipment.

Perform duties associated with liquid vacs, air machines and jet rodders.

Direct a crew of vacuum technicians.

Transport equipment and personnel to and from customer locations.

Complete pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, driver’s logs and comply with all vehicle policy and DOT requirements.

Load and unload hoses; unload vacuum truck at the dump site.

Provide general maintenance in the field.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Execute a 180‑degree rotary motion of the cervical spine.

Hold and operate a double‑trigger hydroblast shotgun with both hands; handle other hydroblast equipment.

Climb ladders and work from scaffolding or stationary platforms up to 200 feet.

Tolerate confined spaces minimum five foot inside diameter.

Hold back thrust of 50 lbs on a straight 66" pipe for one hour.

Use negative‑pressure and air‑supplied respirators.

Drive heavy equipment for long periods.

Wear protective clothing and/or equipment such as nomex coveralls, a back belt, slickers, rubber boots, a fresh air breathing mask, an escape pack and a hard hat.

Work under extreme climate conditions (heat index 95+°F, 98% humidity; sub‑zero weather).

Exposure to dust, fumes, exhaust, highly pressurized fluids (respirator provided when required).

Noise levels exceeding 85 dBA (hearing protection required).

What does it take to work for HPC-Industrial?

Specific vocational preparation including classroom safety training, on‑the‑job training and essential experience gained on other jobs.

Language proficiency: understand English to comprehend safety training and respond to instructions in emergency situations.

Valid driver’s license, CDL Class A or B and compliance with company driving policy.

Knowledgeable in emergency equipment operation such as fire extinguishers.

Experience operating a vacuum truck; smartphone required for Electronic Logging Device.

Working knowledge of equipment used in wet and dry vacuums.
