In sourcing and procurement at PwC, you will focus on optimising sourcing and procurement processes to drive cost savings, supplier collaboration, and supply chain resilience. You will work with clients to analyse sourcing strategies, identify opportunities for cost reduction and supplier optimization, and develop strategies to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness. You will also provide guidance on implementing strategic sourcing frameworks, supplier relationship management, and digital procurement solutions. Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, asking questions and using moments of uncertainty as opportunities to grow. Responsibilities

Advise clients on management and performance of their business Focus on physical and financial commodity trading and marketing Manage operational compliance and market risks Build and maintain client relationships Mentor and guide junior team members Develop a deeper understanding of the business context Navigate complex situations to deliver quality work Grow personal brand and technical knowledge What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree 3 years of experience What Sets You Apart

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range depends on skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
