Repairs and Maintenance Technician
Franklin, MA – Join a health club chain with 50+ locations across New England. This full‑time role starts at $20–25 per hour and includes weekly dispatch to several member clubs.
Responsibilities include painting, equipment and facility repairs, heavy lifting, cleaning, and troubleshooting facility and equipment issues.
Valid driver’s license required; company vehicle supplied after an observation period.
8 am – 4 pm schedule; overtime and weekend work may be available or required.
Painting experience preferred; experience in facilities maintenance preferred.
Knowledge of roofing, mechanical equipment, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, carpentry, and/or painting.
Team player who is organized, energetic, clean, self‑directed, and can meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal communication skills and basic computer skills for ticketing.
