Position Overview This position is responsible for plant harvesting, drying and curing cannabis. The role also includes resetting and cleaning grow areas, and the employee remains on site until the job is completed for the day.
Key Responsibilities
Move designated finished plants from flowering to dry rooms.
Separate waste from plant material into usable buds.
Monitor and assess plants.
Track and report waste and trimmed product.
Clean and reset grow areas.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Must be 21 years of age and possess a Cultivation Center Agent Identification Card.
Ability to exert maximum muscle to lift, push, pull, and carry objects up to 50 lbs.
