SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Location: Premier Health – 2400 Miami Valley Drive, Dayton, OH 45459 (online applications only)
Schedule: Full time; open availability required; rotating weekends and holidays. Details discussed in interview.
Compensation: $20.00 per hour.
Job Summary Direct associates during a specific shift, ensuring all duties are completed, policies and procedures followed, and quality, productivity, and safety standards met.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide training and create work schedules.
Evaluate employee performance; reward high performers and discipline those who fail to meet standards.
Prepare production or sales reports for management.
Act as the contact person for employee complaints or time‑off requests.
Mentor, develop employees, and encourage goal‑setting and advancement within the organization.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous supervisory experience required.
ServSafe certification preferred.
Patient services experience preferred.
