* Answers phone and greets visitors; responds to inquiries and provides information using established guidelines or refer to appropriate individual.* Types correspondence and forms; scans and faxes documents, makes copies, maintains files (electronic and hard).* Receives, sorts and distributes mail.* Schedules routine appointments, maintains office/department calendars and makes routine travel arrangements. Prepares travel expense reimbursement according to guidelines.* Performs basic data entry such as invoices and purchase orders; track purchases/receipts and process for payment.
