Use your hands‑on skills in carpentry, plumbing, repairs, and general maintenance while supporting classrooms, playgrounds, and preschool environments across Oʻahu. Full-time, Monday–Friday (daytime hours) Pay:
Starting at $20–$30/hr (based on experience) Are you a tradesperson, journeyman, or handy with a hammer, skilled with a screwdriver, or just really good at fixing things? Check out this opportunity to make a difference: We’re not looking for a specialist in just one trade.
We’re looking for a skilled, hands‑on technician who can assemble furniture with confidence, repair classroom fixtures quickly and safely, and handle the occasional preschool plumbing mystery without missing a beat. ️ What You’ll Actually Do: You’ll support our preschool centers across the island with real‑world, hands‑on fixes like: Assembling furniture (bookshelves, storage units, tiny tables for tiny humans) Repairing cabinets, doors, drawers, and play equipment Unclogging sinks and toilets (yes, kids flush everything) Swapping lightbulbs and ceiling tiles like a pro Patch painting, light drywall repair, and general upkeep Helping ensure our classrooms and playgrounds stay safe, clean, and functioning Driving between sites in a company vehicle This is not a job for someone who wants to learn on the fly. We need someone who’s done this kind of work before — ideally in schools, child care, property management, or similar settings. ✅ The Right Fit Has: Solid, hands‑on experience doing general maintenance and repair work A great attitude and strong work ethic (we show up when we say we will!) Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and/or electrical work (HVAC bonus!) A clean driving abstract and reliable transportation The ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and manage time well Comfort working in environments with children (and understanding safety is key!)
