The Senior Administrative Coordinator provides administrative and secretarial support in coordinating daily activities of the department. Performs office management functions, such as overseeing general support for office activities, overseeing work of assigned staff, assists in monitoring department budget and financial functions, monitoring the purchase of office supplies, and performing extensive scheduling of appointments. Requires a thorough knowledge of Supervisor's areas of responsibility to facilitate flow of information and serve as resource. Specifications

Associates degree preferred with three to five years experience in a health care environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have extensive knowledge of computer programs and databases. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills required. Must have demonstrated ability to deal with highly sensitive materials with a great deal of discretion. Care New England Health System (CNE)
