HIM/Finance Assistant We\'re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented
Assistant
to support our
Health Information Management (HIM)
and
Finance
departments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values accuracy, organization, and confidentiality. What You\'ll Do
Maintain and organize patient medical records in compliance with HIPAA Scan, file, retrieve, and index documents in the EHR system Process Release of Information (ROI) requests Track disclosures of Protected Health Information (PHI) Assist with medical record audits Scan and upload paid invoices to SharePoint Handle incoming and outgoing mail Provide professional phone and in-person customer service What We\'re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred) Strong attention to detail and data entry skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and organizational skills Familiarity with medical terminology preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Why Join Us
