ESCO Heating & Cooling . We are looking for an Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As an Commercial HVAC Technician you will perform repairs or replacements on commercial heating and cooling equipment. You will be responsible for responding to maintenance and service calls, including an on-call rotation for nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities
Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements Perform routine preventative maintenance Respond to emergency maintenance requests Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Work with laptop computers, tablets, and digital troubleshooting tools Operate various hand tools, meters, and testing equipment Work with electricity, natural gas, and refrigeration Apply various chemicals and cleaning agents Brazing, soldering, evacuation, and charging of various refrigerants Operate a service van Explain repair or replacement options to customers in a professional manner while making recommendations Qualifications
Previous experience in HVAC or other related field Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams Ability to handle physical workload Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills A valid Driver's license with a clean record EPA Certification (Required) Experience in HVAC (2 years preferred) Job Details
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $33,000.00 - $75,000.00+ per year Benefits
