Staffmark is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team at our Monette, AR facility! Life insurance, vision insurance, 401(k), retirement plan, employee discount Pay:
$16/hour + $2/hour shift differential 3rd Shift Hours:
Sun-Thurs, 11 pm-7:30 am What You'll Do
Operate injection molding machines, remove molded parts, and perform basic trimming (e.g., flash removal). Conduct quality control checks and ensure all parts meet required specifications. Pack finished parts for shipment or further processing. Follow all safety rules, procedures, and work instructions accurately. Keep accurate records of issues and promptly report them to the Process Technician or Supervisor. Start up, shut down, and clean presses as required. Operate the material loading system and maintain a clean and organized workstation. What We're Looking For
Ability to stand, reach, bend, and stoop for 8-10 hours per shift. Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled environment (exposure to hot and cold temperatures). Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English. Experience in machine operation or manufacturing. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
