Job Overview Join a global team that focuses on building stronger, more sustainable communities. As a product assembler, you will assemble large and heavy parts to complete units or subassemblies on machines, using hand tools, small power tools, and specialized equipment.
Responsibilities
Operate hand tools, small power tools, and other special equipment for assembly tasks.
Reassemble or rework units as required.
Report defects and the need for repairs on mobile equipment following safety check procedures.
Perform daily housekeeping functions.
Follow safety procedures, Standard Work Instructions, and work in a safe manner.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
Ability to perform repetitive operations.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
Basic Qualifications
At least 6 months of work experience.
Basic computer experience.
Top Candidates Will Also Have
Parts/Product Assembly manufacturing experience.
Mechanical ability.
Heavy equipment manufacturing experience.
Overhead hoists and/or crane experience.
Torque tool experience.
Intermediate proficiency with standard assembly tools and their applications.
Intermediate proficiency with standard operating procedures or standard work.
Flexible mindset.
Compensation & Shift Compensation: $18.90–$24.60 per hour.
Shift & Hours: 1st shift position (Mon‑Thurs); 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Overtime may be required on Fridays based on business needs.
Location Waco, TX – BAWA Group (BCP Assembly Waco Attachment)
