Responsibilities
Arrive at the jobsite on time wearing a company‑logo shirt and appropriate work attire
Follow instructions and direction from the Project Manager
Adhere to Kitchen Tune‑Up TrustPoints on every jobsite
Safely operate power and hand tools
Complete work efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality
Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe, including daily cleanup
Communicate progress and issues with the Project Manager daily
Maintain a positive, respectful attitude toward teammates and homeowners
Qualifications
Strong work ethic and reliability
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to safely operate power tools such as table saws, band saws, circular saws, routers, planers, and nail guns (or willingness to learn)
Comfortable interacting with homeowners in a professional and friendly manner
Takes personal pride in producing high‑quality work done right the first time
