Location: Cambria, WI Shift: M-F 6:30-3:00 or 7:00-3:30 Compensation: $31-$38 per hour (based on experience) Didion Milling is seeking a skilled welder who takes pride in precision and craftsmanship to join our team. Your expertise will help keep our operations running smoothly and safely as we power the future of food and fuel. What You’ll Do
Fabricate, fit, and weld piping systems using TIG, MIG, Stick, and Flux-Cored techniques (1G–6G). Interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and weld symbols with confidence. Cut, bevel, and prepare pipe; install and rig piping systems for optimal performance. Inspect welds to ensure quality and compliance with ASME, AWS, and API standards. Collaborate with a team that values safety, precision, and meeting project timelines. What We’re Looking For
Experience: 3+ years of pipe welding in industrial environments. Skill: Proficiency in multiple welding processes and positions. Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Mindset: Strong attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to safety. Credentials: Technical training or welding certification required. Why Didion?
