Title Clerk/Biller - Dealership

Job responsibilities include:

Upload/or overnight Deals received from the Finance Department for funding

Organizing and maintaining all title documents

Auditing and correcting the Electronic Police book

Prepare checks for deal payoffs and purchases for inventory

Follow up on lien releases and outstanding Titles

Maintain the Waiting on Title log and communicate any issues to Sales and Office Manager

Perform CVR as needed in the absence of part time biller

Process Dealer Trades and reconcile schedule

Submit registration documents to the Secretary of State if not CVR’D

Breakdown deals and scan

Stay current on State registration regulations communicating changes as necessary.

Process out of State paperwork with Beacon as necessary

At all times will be required to adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety codes.
