Pay Range $26.00/hr - $35.00/hr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Schedule & Pay
Full-time, 12-hour shifts on a 2‑2‑3 rotation
Average of 14 days off each month
Extended weekends off every other week
Pay depends on experience, up to $35/hr
Overtime as required to meet customer demands
What you’ll tackle
Inspect and test machinery and equipment; execute all preventive maintenance schedules
Communicate equipment concerns and production impacts with managers and supervisors
Dismantle defective machines; install new or repaired parts
Follow all safety procedures and policies; operate with a respirator when required and keep safety gear clean and compliant
Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other components
Install and repair electrical systems and equipment
Design, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic systems
React to basic system alarms and reset as needed
Collaborate closely with co‑workers to plan work, share updates, and solve problems
Move carts, pallets, and toolboxes between areas to complete repairs and part replacements
Maintain regular and consistent attendance
Multitask effectively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
Maintain a clean, safe work area; follow company policies, procedures, and safety rules
Understand and support the Quality Management and Environmental Management Systems
Support continual improvement initiatives
Support JSOX compliance
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
1 year certificate from a college or technical school; or 3 years
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Core proficiencies
PLC troubleshooting skills and PLC programming experience
Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
Equipment troubleshooting across industrial automation systems
Hydraulics experience
Troubleshooting industrial automation equipment
Machines & technologies you'll use
Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)
Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC): Fanuc, Omron, Panasonic, Schneider Electric, Beckoff, Modicon, B&R Industrial Automation, Sigmatek
