Job Description
We build aluminum, cedar, chain-link, pine, and vinyl fences throughout Central Indiana. Currently seeking installers for immediate hire. Pay starting at $18 per hour, based on experience. Typical work schedule: 4 days a week (Mon‑Thu 7 am‑5 pm; Fri as needed). We offer paid vacations, holidays, sick days, and a production bonus for crew chiefs. Responsibilities
Install and assemble fences, perform framing, roofing, or carpentry tasks, lift heavy materials, and work in varied weather conditions. Qualifications
Previous fence or other construction experience. Motivated self‑starter with a positive attitude and excellent customer‑service skills. Experience in fencing, framing, roofing, or carpentry. Valid Indiana driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check. Willingness to perform heavy lifting and work in hot conditions. Benefits
