We are seeking an Experienced Tooling Machinist to support advanced tooling and mold‑building operations. This role is ideal for a skilled machinist who enjoys precision work, problem‑solving, and contributing expertise in a collaborative manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do
Independently operate a surface grinder to sharpen steel punches and dies
Perform machining, drilling, CNC operations, and programming with minimal supervision
Build, modify, and complete molds using drills, mills, saws, lathes, and CNC equipment
Troubleshoot tooling and machining issues and recommend solutions
Collaborate with engineering, tooling, and production teams to support manufacturing needsMaintain machines, tools, and work areas following 5S and safety standards
Model good manufacturing practices and mentor less experienced team members
What You Bring
Strong background in machining, tool & die, mold making, or die making
Technical diploma, associate degree, or equivalent experience preferred
Experience operating surface grinders and CNC equipment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and tooling drawings
Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety
Effective communication and teamwork skills
