Overview
We are looking for a skilled Assembler to join our team and play a key role in assembling our level and flow control products. In this position, you will follow job specifications, identify nonconforming conditions, and collaborate with the Team Lead and/or Supervisor to address any issues. You will also contribute to identifying and reducing waste in the workflow to improve overall efficiency. Responsibilities
Follow standard work procedures with guidance on complex tasks. Operate and inspect Value Stream workstation output. Utilize and maintain tools and equipment necessary for completing standard work. Test and calibrate basic assemblies according to specifications. Consistently meet quality standards with minimal discrepancies, showing continuous improvement. Perform standard work efficiently on straightforward tasks and collaborate on complex ones. Identify any issues in executing standard work and seek assistance for resolution. Other duties as assigned. Assembler I Position Requirements
Specific vision abilities required, including close vision, color vision, and depth perception. Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs. Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, or climbing for extended periods. 1-3 years of assembly experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in reading and writing English. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Windows. Strong math skills and ability to use basic measurement tools (ruler, scale, calipers, tape measure). About the Role
