Automotive Interior Repair Technician - $4,000 Bonus (2nd Shift)
We’re looking for Auto Interior Repair/Glass Repair Technicians with a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive interior repair and/or glass repair experience to join us at Carvana – the fastest‑growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history and one of the four fastest companies to make the Fortune 500.
Responsibilities
Repair damaged cloth/fabric, leather, plastic, vinyl, and other upholstery.
Repair center consoles, seats, dashboards, headliners, plastic, and stitching.
Color‑match and dye cloth and fabric.
Repair stars, bullseyes, combination breaks, cracks, and scratches in windows and windshields.

Must physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, lift up to 60 pounds independently.
Must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, and may be subject to an MVR check.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing production environment and tolerate weather conditions.
Use of safety equipment such as face shield or goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, mask, other protective garments as required.
Proficient in English reading, writing, speaking.
