Who We’re Looking For
5+ years installing rain gutters (half‑round and box style)
Self‑starter who needs little guidance or supervision
Experience installing box gutters, half‑round gutters, leaf guards, downspouts, and related rain gutter systems
Extensive experience installing Heat Tape, Chimney Caps, and Leaf Guards
Your Qualifications
Driven to get the job done right the first time and move on
Desire to climb the ladder of success to work at higher levels of productivity
Advent skilled with fastening, cutting, and forming tools and handling materials
Values safety for yourself and your crew; injury‑free on the job with a good driving record
Enjoys showing off installations to customers and solving their problems
Open to a proven system with extensive training to get more done right in less time
Willing and able to pass a background check and drug testing
Values a drug‑free, crime‑free, professional culture
Responsibilities
Attendance & Coordination – Arrive on time and ready to work. Attend weekly huddles to celebrate wins, share tips, and stay updated on safety topics.
Safety – Think safety, work safely, participate in training, follow safety rules, report hazards and injuries, and suggest improvements.
Production Implementation – Complete all assigned work orders on time per specification with no rework or callbacks. Maintain a positive attitude and provide quality workmanship.
Communication Skills – Constantly communicate with homeowners and the account manager to pass information in real time.
CRM Management – Maintain accurate pictures and update tasks within our CRM regularly to keep project status current.
Vehicle & Equipment Maintenance – Properly operate and maintain work vehicles and equipment, fill out motor vehicle reports (MVR) weekly.
Time‑Card Reporting – Track time using payroll software; clock in and out via the app. Report weekly KPI to the foreman.
Product Knowledge – Develop a strong knowledge of our products and services so you can prescribe appropriate value‑added solutions.
Continuous Improvement – Seek small improvement opportunities to make us better, faster, cheaper, and more effective.
