Job Overview Loads coils, operates, tends, and services machines in a continuous line to produce completed boxes. Boxes are transferred automatically from one machine to another and from one station to another. Operator must clear stoppages in tracks and dies of all machines, change taps, fill lubricant or compound tanks, oil certain areas as required, and do any sorting or salvage of parts during line operation.
Responsibilities
Load coils and operate continuous production line.
Clear stoppages in tracks and dies.
Change taps and fill lubricant or compound tanks.
Oil specified areas as required.
Perform sorting or salvage of parts during line operation.
Conduct periodic inspection of parts being produced and ensure quality output.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area at all times.
Qualifications
Two to three years of management experience (if applicable).
Mechanical ability and familiarity with industrial machinery.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
