Role Summary The Contents Lead Packout Technician leads pack-out and pack-back crews, ensuring contents are inventoried, packed, labeled, and transported according to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead pack-out and pack-back crews on job sites
Perform detailed contents inventory and photo documentation
Ensure proper packing, labeling, and protection of contents
Maintain job site organization and cleanliness
Train and guide junior technicians
Communicate job progress and issues to management
Qualifications
2+ years of contents pack-out experience
Strong organizational and leadership skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work in fast-paced, physically demanding environments
Valid driver’s license
