Front Desk Administrator

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Village Front Desk Administrator is responsible for overseeing and supervising the day-to-day operations of the New Life Village lobby and hallway. This position monitors the Village gates, receives visitors to the campus and keeps the front area clean and organized. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administrative Conduct daily office duties including, but not limited to, making and answering phone calls; sending and receiving e-mails; creating, scanning and shredding documents; maintaining office supply inventory Visitors/Families Monitor property gate and front entrance Welcome mothers, children, visitors and donors to the campus Notify staff of guests/families that have arrived for tours/ appointments Mail/Deliveries Accept and manage deliveries from USPS, UPS, Amazon, FedEx and other delivery agencies Check mail daily and place letters/packages in employee/family mailboxes Donations Receive donations from individuals, staff and businesses Sort and inventory donations and take items to proper storage areas Have each donor complete a donation tracking form; forward all forms to Development Admin for processing Cleanliness Maintain stock of paper products in administrative lobby and bathroom Ensure that interior/exterior entryways are clean Wipe down Village Conference Room table as needed Ensure water dispenser is clean, bottle replaced as needed and cups refilled Monitor trash/recycling in main entryway, bathroom and conference room Bring exterior garbage/recycling containers to the street on assigned days and return to locations Other Other duties as assigned by the Program Director or CEO Staff and Community Relations Work collaboratively with staff to fulfill the strategic goals of the Mission Articulate the mission to employees, volunteers, students and donors Represent the mission in a professional, courteous and positive manner at all times Must maintain professional behavior to include respecting participants and other staff, maintaining confidentiality, and setting appropriate personal boundaries. REQUIRED SKILLS:

Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work well with a team. Ability to write clear, concise, accurate notes and other communications. WAGES/HOURS/LOCATION
