We’re looking for an

Account Manager

who’s comfortable picking up the phone, confident using technology, and motivated to build real relationships.

At Collected by Schwung, this role combines outbound prospecting, account management, and project coordination. You’ll manage active clients while also generating new business through cold calling and consistent follow‑up.

This is an in‑house role with responsibility, autonomy, and room to grow.

What You’ll Do

Conduct outbound calls and proactive client outreach

Build and manage a pipeline of prospects and active accounts

Prepare quotes, sales orders, and invoices

Track projects from inquiry through delivery

Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams

Maintain accurate records across CRM and sales systems

What We’re Looking For

Experience in sales, account management, or client‑facing roles

Comfort with cold calling and outbound sales activity

Strong communication skills and follow‑through

Tech‑savvy and comfortable working across multiple platforms

Organized, proactive, and self‑motivated

Industry experience is a plus — strong fundamentals matter more.
