Summary We are seeking a Product / Textile Designer to support licensed and private-label brands across bedding, throws, blankets, and decorative soft goods. This hands‑on role combines creative design and technical execution, taking products from concept through production. The ideal candidate understands soft home product development and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Design seasonal assortments for bedding and soft home products
Create CADs, repeats, engineered placements, and colorways
Develop trims, textures, embellishments, and construction details
Prepare factory‑ready artwork and tech packs
Review and approve samples, strike-offs, and lab dips
Collaborate with design, sales, sourcing, and production teams
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
Qualifications
3–5 years minimum of product, textile, or home design experience
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Pointcarre
Experience with production‑ready artwork and repeats
Strong understanding of textiles and soft‑goods construction
Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple brands
