About the Position:
Tito’s Handmade Vodka is seeking a motivated team player with a passion for sales to join our talented team! The Sales Representative role is responsible forincreasing salesorders fromcustomer accounts of the distributor that currently purchase Tito’s products from the distributor and from customer accounts of the distributor that do not yet purchase Tito’s products from the distributor,utilizing resources to achieve salesorder solicitationstrategyexecution, identifying salesorderopportunities and other salesordersolicitation support activities as necessary.Our ideal candidate will be ready to become an expert ofthe Tito’sHandmade Vodka brand and be able to enthusiastically communicate product knowledge to customersby sharingthe Tito’sstory and expounding on the virtues of the product.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execution of local salesorder solicitationstrategy,addressing opportunities to drive salesordersto the distributor andultimately toTito’sand deliver companysales ordergoals.
Develop andmaintainrelationships withdistributorteam, retail customersof the distributor, including those whopurchaseTito’s products and those who may in the future purchase Tito’s products.
Monitor salesordergoals, supportdistributorsales teams on salesorder solicitationstrategiesofTito’s Handmade Vodka.
Execution of sampling activityduring visits with the distributor team toon-and off-premiseretail accounts of the distributorto drive salesorderstothe distributorandultimately toTito’s, andeducatethird-party demo agencieson salesordersolicitation of our products.
Implement salesorder solicitation programming, including productdisplaysdesignedto help drive retail salesordersto the distributorandultimately toTito’s.
Maintainsales order solicitation information, includingup-to-date records on contacts made, new placements secured,andfollow uppointsregardingcontactswith potential placements,toimplement and adjust sales order solicitation strategy.
Any and all additional activities necessary to support salesordersolicitation in the region.
MinimumRequirements:
2 years sales experience, on premise sales and beverage alcohol experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Proficient in analyzing sales data toidentifytrends and sales opportunities
Knowledge of beverage alcohol market within territory a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong teamplayer with proven ability to work effectively within diverse teams, foster positive relations, support team members, and achieve shared goals
Polished Sales & Presentation Skills
Physically capable of executing all essential functions to perform the job
Be knowledgeable of Federal and State regulations as they pertain to the sale of alcoholic beverages
Must have a valid US Driver’s License, safe drivingrecordand access to a reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes
21 years of age or older
Legally able to work in USA
