Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Accomplish education program management activities to support cybersecurity and cyber resiliency education initiatives for CROWS.
Support the establishment, monitoring, and deployment of education and training initiatives.
Manage the cyber training and education curriculum by evaluating existing course materials for curriculum development scheduling.
Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of instruction, focusing on technology usage, student learning outcomes, and satisfaction.
Conduct learning needs assessments to identify educational requirements and recommend solutions for program deficiencies.
Gather and analyze metrics to monitor cyber workforce readiness and training effectiveness.
Provide educational advisory services and support senior‑level taskers, projects, and briefings within CROWS' purview.
Liaise with key educational institutions such as AFIT, DAU, AF Cyber College, and NAVAIR.
Collaborate with team leads and POCs on working groups, meetings, and presentations.
Assist in the review and development of cyber policies and guidance.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related field and at least three (3) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, three (3) of which must be in the DoD.
Experience with training and education including curriculum design, course development, teaching, and instruction.
Experience with acquisitions and program management.
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, network security, cyber threats/vulnerabilities, and risk management.
Other Position Requirements
Proof of U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residency is required.
Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance by the date of hire.
Must be able to travel, including air travel.
