Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the front house operations and catering, while following department and community standards. You will drive recruitment efforts for the department, build staffing schedules, maintain supply inventories for service items, manage the reservation system, and address any employee, resident, or guest concerns.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years’ management experience in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment
