Responsibilities Provide direction, training and coaching to team members while upholding O’Charley’s standards, policies and procedures. Lead front of house operations to achieve service excellence and guest satisfaction. Drive sales and profitability through effective team leadership and operational execution. Qualifications At least 2 years of restaurant management experience with a proven track record of achieving results and building a winning team. General knowledge of operational procedures and shift positions.
