The role of the Guest Experience Supervisor is to provide an unforgettable experience for our Guests through personal interactions and by directing, coaching, and teaching our associates to deliver an incredible experience. They will collaborate with store management on all brand awareness efforts to drive business objectives. The primary responsibility is to be the Manager on Duty. What are we looking for?
Previous retail supervisory experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment. Strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service. Flexibility weekends and holidays, as needed. Key Responsibilities
Model the behaviors of an effective Manager on Duty to ensure the achievement of all sales objectives and goals. Contribute to business metrics; celebrate success and make suggestions for improvement when necessary. Coach and provide feedback to associates in various positions; provide feedback to the Manager regarding associate performance. Train and educate Associates on new product knowledge, selling strategies, and new merchandise presentation techniques. Ensure all areas of the store are neat, clean, organized, operational, and safe. Demonstrate confidence and focus during periods of high volume or unexpected events to keep the store operating to standard and set a positive example for the store team. Benefits
