Advanced Practice Provider (PA or APRN) – Geriatrics Healthcare Provider
Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (PA or APRN) to support geriatrics in rural outpatient and long‑term care settings in Gillette, WY. The position is full‑time, in‑person with occasional travel.
Responsibilities
Alternate weekly clinic and residential care for geriatric patients.
Diagnose and treat adult geriatric conditions and perform minor procedures.
Conduct physical exams, interpret diagnostic studies, and provide preventive care.
Qualifications
APRNs require a Master’s degree, national certification, and Wyoming licensure.
PAs need a Master’s or 5+ years of experience, certification, and Wyoming licensure.
Must hold or obtain DEA registration, Controlled Substance Registration, and BLS certification.
Strong internal medicine knowledge and patient care skills are essential.
