Job Description
Full-time Child Care Teacher Assistant at Old Colony YMCA. This role supports children’s development by planning and implementing activities that provide enrichment, physical challenges, and learning experiences while ensuring safety.
Responsibilities
Plan and implement activities that promote child learning and development.
Monitor children throughout the day to ensure personal safety.
Uphold the employee code of conduct and reflect the YMCA mission and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Minimum of 16 years of age.
CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required.
Evidence of physical examination within last 12 months.
Experience or interest in child care and education.
