Sales Support & Operations Administrator

to support the branch in Colmar, Pennsylvania.

What is the opportunity?

This position is on-site 5 days per week.

The Sales Support & Operations Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the Landscape sales organization by ensuring consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across all sales processes. This position will work closely with the President, Landscape and regional teams to standardize packages, maintain pricing integrity, and implement systems that keep all stakeholders aligned. The role combines administrative precision with operational coordination to help drive sales excellence and customer satisfaction.

What are the primary responsibilities?

Maintain and update standardized sales packages, pricing sheets, and design options for all assigned communities.

Ensure uniformity in sales documentation and procedures across all regions.

Assist with implementing and monitoring CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and other technology platforms to support sales efficiency.

Act as a liaison between Sales, Operations, and Administrative teams to ensure accurate communication and timely execution of sales-related tasks as directed by the President, Landscape.

Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and post-closing opportunities.

Support Division President in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis for leadership reviews.

Manage updates to sales collateral, design catalogs, and promotional materials.

Coordinate scheduling for sales training sessions and role-playing events.

Assist with onboarding new sales team members by providing process documentation and system training.

Qualifications Does this describe you?

Able to plan and prioritize while focusing on detail orientation and effective time management

When speaking and writing, uses appropriate grammar, organizes ideas clearly, and articulates ideas concisely

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Able to work with employees among multiple departments

Do you have these qualifications?

High School Diploma

3+ years of experience in administrative support, sales operations, executive assistant or related role.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

Preferred: Experience in landscape construction or homebuilding industry.

Familiarity with pricing structures and sales incentive programs.
