Base Pay Range $16.50 / hr

Qualifications
Read and write English and interact with the general public and co‑workers.
Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
Write simple correspondence.
Effectively present information one‑on‑one and in small groups to customers, clients, and other employees.
Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uncomplicated written or oral instructions.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities
Maintain a store section as assigned; receive, stock, and price merchandise; validate product rotation and condition; set up advertising and promotional displays; review invoices and bills for accuracy.
Cleans and maintains sanitation standards in all interior and exterior areas of the store and parking lot.
Operates a cash register, processes payments, makes change, and handles check/charge/debit transactions; processes refunds when approved; verifies customer eligibility when selling alcohol.
Provides friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous assistance to customers, offering product information; assists customers in loading purchases into their vehicles when requested.
Performs basic bookkeeping duties, documenting lost or damaged goods and store supplies using appropriate tools.
