You will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services while ensuring a clean and sanitary environment for our clients. Your expertise in various techniques and trends will enhance the overall experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
Demonstrate knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting the perfect shades.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and understanding their needs.
Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments.
Assist with retail sales by promoting products that complement services provided.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation of the salon.
Experience
Previous experience as a Nail Technician or in a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of cosmetology principles, including hair extensions, body waxing, and eyelash extensions is a plus.
Familiarity with retail math to effectively manage sales transactions.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
