Job Overview The Lead Sales Associate will provide superior customer service to customers and support the General Manager in all facets of retail operations to ensure the store is operating at optimal performance.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with their pool and spa care needs.
Accurately complete sales transactions using the POS system.
Maintain a welcoming store environment.
Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
Perform opening and closing duties, including bank deposits.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High School Diploma or Equivalent, or currently attending high school.
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
6 months to 1 year of customer service experience.
Ability to achieve placement in the succession program.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers.
Ability to complete required training within two months of hire.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Pay:
$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
