The Role As a Senior Sales Representative, you will excel in sales while guiding and educating new talent. Initially you will focus on building your sales record, then transition into a mentorship role, maintaining ongoing sales performance.

Weekly draw pay plus commissions (no caps, short sales cycle – 3 business days). Monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions.
