This is the front and back of the house manager's role. Responsibilities
Manage kitchen operation
Hire, train, and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure their performance adheres to a high standard
Handle the flow of product, supplies, and labor costs
Ensure the smooth and successful operation of the hotel’s food and beverage department, including menu development, staff oversight, customer service, budget, and schedule
Write and implement departmental operation schedules
Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menus and appropriate pricing structures
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree in hospitality management preferred
Hospitality customer relationship management experience is a plus
At least 3 years in a supervisory role in the food and beverage department
Exhibits strong leadership and customer service skills
Compensation $65,000 - $70,000 per year
