The Unarmed Security Officer Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily security operations at an assigned site, ensuring contract compliance, staff performance, and client satisfaction. This role leads and supports security officers, manages scheduling and reporting, responds to escalated issues, and serves as the primary on-site liaison between First Coast Security, the client, and internal leadership. Supervise and lead on-site security personnel, setting expectations for professionalism, uniform compliance, and performance Ensure all post orders, company policies, and contract requirements are followed and clearly communicated to staff Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and coverage using eHub while minimizing unbilled overtime Respond to and manage escalated security incidents, emergencies, and employee concerns appropriately Provide coaching, training, and performance management to develop staff and maintain site readiness Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and compliance records for the assigned site Serve as a proactive point of contact for the client and Account Manager to address needs, concerns, and overall site satisfaction REQUIREMENTS
Valid security license (as required by state and local regulations) Strong knowledge of security procedures, emergency response, and site protocols Proven ability to supervise and communicate effectively with a diverse team Comfortable using technology for scheduling, reporting, and daily operations Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including radio use and report writing Professional appearance, strong customer service skills, and attention to detail Ability to remain calm, flexible, and responsive in fast-paced or high-stress situations, including extended foot patrol as required Education Requirements (All)
High School Diploma or GED Certification Requirements (All)
