BB Aesthetic & Wellness is growing, and we’re looking for a Front Desk & Operations Lead to anchor our Cincinnati office.
This is not a typical front desk role. This full‑time leadership position is for someone who wants ownership, responsibility, and the opportunity to grow with a fast‑expanding medical aesthetics brand.
What this role includes
Managing scheduling, confirmations, and provider calendars
Constant patient communication and relationship building
Supporting clinical flow and assisting the lead provider
Inventory upkeep and operational organization
Clerical and administrative management
Maintaining a polished, welcoming office environment
Community outreach, events, and brand representation
Creating an elevated patient experience from start to finish
Qualifications
A self‑starter who thrives working independently
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive
Strong communicator who enjoys building relationships
Passionate about aesthetics, wellness, and client experience
Flexible availability and full commitment to the role
Leadership mindset with interest in long‑term growth
Salary
$20–$25/hour + performance‑based bonuses
