We are seeking a dynamic Senior Curriculum Developer to join our team, focusing on the creation of cutting‑edge training content for the AI Platform.
Position details: Contract type: W2, Duration: 18+ months, Location: Orlando, FL (Remote) / within a 30‑mile radius of West Palm Beach, FL, Pay range: $82–$87 per hour.
The ideal candidate is tasked with developing a wide array of learning materials designed to empower learners and enhance their understanding of our platform, ensuring a seamless and impactful learning experience.
Primary Skills
Curriculum Development – Expert
Instructional Design – Expert
eLearning Tools – Proficient
AI Utilization – Skilled
Agile Methodology – Experienced
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop diverse learning materials including written content, videos, interactive modules, and job aids for various training formats.
Participate in pre‑release planning, contributing to discussions on the latest product release changes.
Produce concise narratives, real‑world examples, and guided labs for course chapters.
Develop assessments to measure learners’ skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to gather course content and ensure high‑quality learning materials.
Must‑Have Skills
Extensive experience in curriculum development and instructional design principles.
Proficiency in eLearning technologies (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate) and web technologies (HTML, JavaScript).
Strong project management and team collaboration skills.
