Overview Location: The Joseph Hotel – Nashville (Luxury Collection). The Joseph Nashville re-imagines the hotel experience with a focus on local art, culture, and hospitality.
Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of Food and Beverage experiences.
Complete administrative tasks to ensure proper restaurant business function and staff support.
Assist servers, run food, and bus tables when the restaurant is busy.
Lead to ensure guests depart with a memorable experience and staff have the support to perform at a high level.
Qualifications
Decisive, inspiring, and a natural leader with strong time management, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience leading large teams and delivering clear results; comfortable working under pressure.
Passion for food and beverage and experience in luxury service; familiarity with Michelin Star or James Beard Award–winning environments is a plus.
Experience in hotel restaurant operations and business/financial oversight within the hospitality industry.
