Remote Engagement (Inside Sales) Supervisor - EST/CST
The Remote Engagement (Inside Sales) Supervisor leads a remote team of Inside Sales Specialists, overseeing daily operations, performance, and client satisfaction while collaborating with program leadership to execute program-specific activities.
Responsibilities
Ensure effective communications with clients.
Plan, organize, and monitor contract deliverables to meet annual KPIs and requirements.
Lead a team of Remote Engagement Specialists, communicating objectives and fostering teamwork.
Provide timely, constructive coaching on call quality using approved Coaching Guide forms.
Monitor productivity, workload, and outputs; enforce policies and initiate corrective actions as needed.
Evaluate team performance, develop individual development plans, and conduct performance appraisals per Amplity’s policies.
Maintain a positive, team-oriented environment through mentoring and regular meetings.
Ensure compliance with company policies; coordinate with Compliance and HR on disciplinary matters.
Resolve employee conflicts while engaging HR when appropriate.
Oversee administrative tasks – attendance, time off, expense reports, and schedules.
Coaching and support for remote specialists, including reviewing product discussions and selling skills.
Provide metric and sales reporting regularly.
Create, interview, and hire for backfill and open positions.
Deliver new product, sales, compliance, and training to new hires.
Guide teams in using technology tools (CRM, call reports, sales reports).
Ensure adherence to state/federal employment laws, HR policies, and personnel guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
Supervisory experience or advanced remote engagement experience, ready for a supervisory role.
Minimum 2 years of Remote Engagement or related experience.
Experience in aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare desired.
Willingness to cover all time zones as needed.
Successful completion of all Amplity and client‑required training.
Approx. 20% travel for client meetings and training.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
