Purpose/Objective
Assists the Financial Center Manager with growing the Bank by managing customer relationships, directing branch operations, supervising team members and ensuring that the entire team consistently provides excellent customer service.
Key Accountabilities
Educates clients on products and services, initiates and processes various loans, manages relationships using Relationship Builder and Salesforce, refers partnership solutions, leads lobby management, resolves client issues, assists with digital banking, ensures proper documentation and compliance. 35%
Builds and manages a sales culture, coaches and trains employees, monitors client experience quality, conducts staff meetings, maintains compliance with regulations, reviews legal documents, stays abreast of new products and supports the branch team. 35%
Manages day‑to‑day branch operations, opens and closes the branch with security measures, provides backup to the Branch Officer, approves client transactions, maintains branch appearance and inventory, reviews reports, oversees audit process. 20%
Provides input for staff performance management, recommends salary adjustments, resolves personnel problems, supports hiring decisions, manages staff scheduling. 10%
Ensures compliance with all banking laws, regulations and policies to reduce risk and uphold ethical standards.
Must be eligible to be registered in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry for purposes of SAFE Act. Available to work Saturday hours and travel to nearby offices as required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
3-5 years of branch banking experience
Demonstrated ability in decision making, handling difficult situations, initiative, and leadership
